1. We will arrange delivery for you within the timeframe specified in the offer, and 7 days before delivery you will receive a message from us with an approximate delivery date (we will provide a general time window).
2. FURNITURE CARRY-IN SERVICEFor your convenience, we are happy to provide a carry-in service, but it must be booked and ordered in advance. If you choose this option, our driver will safely bring the ordered bed and mattress directly to your apartment or house. Please note that this service does not include assembly, which must be ordered separately.Price for the carry-in service: 550 CZK* The carry-in service is available only for products that offer this option.
3. FURNITURE CARRY-IN WITH ASSEMBLYA comprehensive service for your order that includes transport, bringing the beds and mattresses to the selected place in your home, and professional assembly ensuring full readiness for use. With this option, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your beds will be correctly assembled by our specialists. Plus, you won’t have to worry about packaging – our driver will take it away for you.Price for the carry-in and assembly service: 1,660 CZK* The carry-in with assembly service is available only for products that offer this option.
ORDER WITHOUT CARRY-IN OR ASSEMBLY
When placing an order without additional services, the delivery driver is not required to assist with carrying or assembling the furniture. Packages are handed over at the delivery vehicle, and the customer is responsible for bringing them inside. If you need extra help, we recommend selecting one of our assembly or carry-in options, which are available as separate services according to our price list. We always do our best to deliver your order as close to your home as possible; however, please note that in some cases the driver may be restricted by access conditions. In such situations, your order will be handed over at the nearest accessible location.
