Delivery

Delivery methods

We deliver orders throughout the Czech Republic by GLS courier, Romania Express and the Comfort Delivery service, i.e. delivery with carrying the goods into your home. Your basket will always show only the delivery methods available for the products you have selected.

Accessories ordered together with a bed will be delivered together with the bed.

Comfort Delivery: delivery with carrying into your home

• The carrier will carry the goods all the way into your home.
• Delivery takes 7 to 14 days from dispatch.
• Assembly is not included in the service.
• For the Haven, Sofino, Savio and Sofena models, Comfort Delivery is the only delivery method available.
• The price of Comfort Delivery will be shown in your basket.

GLS courier

• We deliver beds, mattresses, accessories and the Melisa and Hania cots.
• Mattresses, accessories and the Melisa and Hania cots ordered on their own are delivered by GLS courier only.
• The delivery price of a bed depends on the number of parcels it is shipped in (1, 2, 3 or 4 parcels). You will find the number of parcels in the specification on the product page.

Romania Express

• Delivery within 7 days from dispatch.
• Romania Express does not deliver mattresses. If your basket contains a mattress, this delivery method will not be shown.
• The price of Romania Express delivery will be shown in your basket.

Delivery time

We aim to deliver within 21 days from the date the order is received.

For products dispatched within 48 working hours, this period is counted from the next working day after the order is placed and applies to orders prepaid by card, Klarna or PayPal with GLS or Romania Express delivery. In all other cases, the standard delivery time applies.

Free delivery

• Free delivery applies to orders worth more than 5,999 CZK.
• The free delivery threshold applies to the final amount payable. If the basket value drops to 5,999 CZK or less after discounts or promotions are applied, the standard delivery fee will be charged.
