Returning a LANO bed in five steps

 

60 Days to Return

We understand how important it is to choose the right bed for your child, which is why we’ve extended our return period to 60 days. We want you to take your time exploring our product and fully enjoy using it. You don’t need to justify your decision, but we’ll be grateful for any feedback that helps us improve our products and services.
Get familiar with our return process and don’t worry about the formalities if you change your mind.

 

Return your LANO bed in 5 simple steps:

1. Let us know by email that you intend to return the product
Download the form below, fill it in, and send it to biuro@lanomeble.pl or complaint@lanofurniture.com.

2. We’ll arrange a pickup date for your LANO bed
We will inform you of the day we can collect the returned bed. 2 days before the scheduled date, we’ll contact you to confirm the pickup date and time.

3. Prepare the product for transport
Pack the LANO bed in the same way it was delivered to you. Make sure it is properly protected for transport, ideally in the original LANO packaging.

4. Wait for the pickup day
On the scheduled pickup day, we will arrive with our own vehicle, and you will be responsible for bringing the packed product to the vehicle.

5. Your money will be refunded to your bank account
Your refund will be transferred to the bank account you provided earlier in the return form.

1. How can I inform LANO that I want to return a product?
You can inform us about your intention to return a LANO bed by email at biuro@lanomeble.pl or complaint@lanofurniture.com.

2. How quickly will I receive a response to my return email?
We will respond to your email within 2 days of receiving it. Regarding pickup, it will be arranged within 2 weeks at the latest.

3. What information do I need to provide when returning a LANO bed?
In response to your email, we will send you a return form that includes all the required information. Helpful details for us include your order number, name, surname, and address.

4. How should I prepare the product for return?
The returned product must be properly packed and protected for transport in the original LANO packaging.

5. How soon will LANO collect the returned product?
We will collect the product within 2 weeks of receiving the completed return form.

6. Will LANO refund 100% of the order amount?
Refunds do not include transport and assembly costs, as these services have already been provided.
